Owner & Contractor
Owner and general contractor, Matt Heuss, has always had a passion for carpentry and construction. He originally come to Sonoma County from San Diego, California to attend Sonoma State University’s Business School. During his time in college, he fell in love with the area and decided to plant roots in Sonoma County. Today, he and his family love exploring everything North Bay has to offer, from coastal hikes and Spring Lake to the local food and wines.
After completing Business School, Matt originally decided to start a career in residential mortgage lending to help people purchase their dream homes. During this time Matt noticed a lack of options for multi-generational housing, and affordable ways for younger people to get into the housing market. This need in the market inspired him to combine his passions, business and construction, to create a company built on helping people extend their current properties into multi-generational housing or build secondary rental units through ADU & additions.
